2026 Awards are in the planning. Please keep a watch on this page for more information.

On June 21st 2024 we will come together to celebrate the incredible achievements of our local businesses, charities, and community leaders. It’s a night to honour those who have worked tirelessly to make our community a better place.

Last year, we were overwhelmed with the support of our incredible community. Over 20,000 local people came forward and cast their votes, this made a tremendous difference.

3 easy steps to enter, and it's free!

Why Local Awards Matter: The Ripple Effect

This is more than just a ceremony; it’s a movement. At Loving Social Media, we believe that the heartbeat of any community isn’t found in its chain stores or corporate offices, but in the independent coffee shops, the tireless local charities, and the entrepreneurs who take a leap of faith to serve their neighbors.

On June 21st, 2024, we came together to celebrate the incredible achievements of our local businesses, charities, and community leaders in Enfield. It was a night to honor those who have worked tirelessly to make our community a better place. Last year, we were overwhelmed with the support of our incredible community. Over 20,000 local people came forward and cast their votes—this made a tremendous difference, proving that when we shout about local success, the whole world listens.

As we look forward to the 2026 Awards, the momentum is already building. But to make 2026 the biggest celebration yet, we need partners who share our vision.

Why Local Awards Matter: The Ripple Effect

When a local business wins an award, the impact stretches far beyond a trophy on a shelf. It provides validation for a small team that has likely spent years working behind the scenes. It creates a “seal of trust” for new customers and boosts morale in a way that marketing alone cannot.

But there is a deeper economic reason why we do this. Statistics show that for every £1 spent at a local independent business, approximately 56p stays within the local economy, compared to only 40p when spent at a large chain. By celebrating these businesses, we aren’t just giving them a “pat on the back”—we are actively encouraging an ecosystem where our neighbors can thrive, where local jobs are created, and where the unique character of Enfield is preserved.

Looking Back to Leap Forward: The 2024 Legacy

The 2024 ceremony at the Millfield Theatre was nothing short of “Hollywood in North London.” Seeing the finalists—from the Best Local Service Provider to the Best Charity—walking the red carpet was a reminder of the sheer talent we have on our doorstep.

We saw winners like Wanasa (Best Cafe), Enfield Foodbank (Outstanding Customer Service), and In Sue’s Name (Best Charity) take the stage. Each of these organizations represents a different thread in the fabric of our community. Their stories of resilience, especially coming through challenging economic times, are exactly why the Loving Social Media team is so passionate about this project.

Calling All Visionaries: Sponsorship for 2026

An event of this scale—one that engages 20,000 voters and culminates in a prestigious gala—requires a community effort. We are officially opening our doors for sponsors for the 2026 Awards.

Why should your business contribute?

  1. Unrivalled Brand Visibility: As a sponsor, your brand is placed front and center before, during, and after the event. From social media campaigns seen by tens of thousands to your logo on the “Vote for Me” banners displayed in shop windows across the borough, the reach is massive.

  2. Community Goodwill: Sponsoring a community award is one of the most effective ways to demonstrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). It shows your customers that you aren’t just in the community, but you are for the community.

  3. B2B Networking: The awards bring together the “movers and shakers” of Enfield. Whether it’s the networking event at Enfield Town Football Club or the grand finale, you’ll be in the room with the most influential business leaders in the area.

  4. Sector Exclusivity: We offer opportunities for businesses to be the sole representative of their industry on our sponsor board, giving you a competitive edge while you support a great cause.

“A community is only as strong as the support it gives to its smallest members. By sponsoring these awards, you are investing in the future of our high streets.” — Garry Kousoulou, Founder of Loving Social Media.

The Categories: Celebrating Every Niche

In 2026, we plan to expand our categories to reflect the changing digital and social landscape. While we will keep the classics like Best Pub and Best New Business, we are also looking to highlight:

  • The Green Award: For businesses leading the way in sustainability.

  • Female Entrepreneur of the Year: Supporting the incredible women-led businesses that are a core focus of our agency.

  • Most Effective Social Media: Celebrating those who use digital tools to build authentic connections.

How You Can Get Involved Today

The journey to the 2026 Awards starts now. We are looking for:

  • Headline Sponsors: To partner with us across the entire campaign.

  • Category Sponsors: To align your brand with a specific industry (e.g., a local law firm sponsoring the “Best Finance & Legal” award).

  • In-Kind Contributors: From printing and catering to media coverage—every bit of support helps us direct more resources back into the community.

Supporting local business isn’t just a “nice to do”—it’s an essential part of keeping our neighbourhoods vibrant and resilient. When you support a local business, you’re supporting a dream, a family, and the very heartbeat of our town.

Let’s make 2026 a year to remember. If you are a business owner or community leader who wants to help us shine a light on the best of Enfield, we want to hear from you.
